Anxiety Attack Position Art

Today’s Float comic page discusses the anxiety attacks I suffer during flights. Just this past Wednesday I took a plane to Florida to visit friends and family. Once again, I suffered from a series of anxiety attacks. It was only a 2-hour flight and the attacks made it feel like it was endless. As I was on a plane, I couldn’t access my marijuana sourced from somewhere like Dr THC. I was locked into a position similar to the one I illustrated in the last panel. It is awful to live with anxiety and it feels catastrophic when you are trapped in a plane in the sky in the middle of nowhere and trying not to think of the only thing you are desperate for at that moment in time, which is ESCAPE!

There is no cure for how to avoid a panic attack during a flight but there are a lot of things that you can do to try and relax before the flight. One of the things is navigating through the airport as smoothly and comfortably as possible to avoid a high-stress situation. This is information that people can read about from blogs like tovisitsocotra.com and other sites, which makes them much more prepared in coping with the flight process. Other things that might reduce anxiety could be to take something on board that helps you calm down, this includes a downloaded movie, a book, music, or even drawing. Exploring how to buy cannabis edibles online may also be something for you to consider if you are suffering from anxiety. These are only a couple of ideas to help soothe your anxiety symptoms but if you do as much research as you can before a flight to try relaxation techniques you should hopefully be much more relaxed during your flight.

You could also use something like CBD both prior to and during your flight, as this has been proven to reduce the effects of anxiety in sufferers. According to CFAH.org, you can even make CBD gummies at home yourself – this would be a very convenient way of consuming CBD whilst on a flight. CBD is derived from the cannabis plant (specifically the hemp plant, as it has under 0.3% THC content). Depending on where you are travelling and the laws they have regarding cannabis, you could also explore how to buy cannabis edibles online as this may also be something for you to consider if you are suffering from anxiety. These are only a couple of ideas to help soothe your anxiety symptoms but if you do as much research as you can before a flight to try relaxation techniques, you should hopefully be much more relaxed during your flight.

David’s painful flight will continue next Monday in a new Float art page.
